Bude boy wins MP’s Christmas Card competition

Tom French, aged 10, from Bude Junior School has landed top prize in Dan Rogerson’s Christmas Card competition. The North Cornwall MP invited local schools to produce a design for his Christmas cards every year since he was elected in 2005.  The lucky winner gets a £25 book token, presented in person by Mr Rogerson. Communities’ “Resounding support” for village schools

North Cornwall’s MP, Dan Rogerson, has written to Council Leader, Alec Robertson, following the clear result of a referendum in St Tudy and St Mabyn on the future of their village schools.
