Cameron’s cuts will mire hospital in further debt
David Cameron’s proposal to fine hospitals in which patients contract superbugs has been attacked by the five Liberal Democrat MPs in Cornwall. They say local hospitals should be given fair funding to help them get on top of infection control challenges. MP thanks NCDC refuse workers
North Cornwall’s MP, Dan Rogerson, met with NCDC refuse collectors this week at the Council’s Technical Services Department in Bodmin. The workers came out in the cold to collect tonnes of Christmas waste over the festive period to be taken for recycling or disposal. Child Pathology Scandal
North Cornwall’s MP, Dan Rogerson, has met with the Cornwall Coroner, Dr Carlyon, to discuss the acute lack of paediatric experts available to carry out post-mortem examinations on deceased children. Mr Rogerson arranged to meet with the Coroner, who has been pursuing this issue for some months, after a North Cornwall constituent reported a delay in the release of their child’s body, after her tragic death.
