Caroline Dickinson. Relief that justice has been done? MP
Commenting on the news that Francisco Arce Montes' appeal has been rejected by a French Court of Appeal, local MP Dan Rogerson said:
"I?m sure everyone in North Cornwall will share in the Dickinsons? relief that justice has finally been confirmed."
"That the family should have had to relive the appalling circumstances of Caroline?s death seemed an injustice too far. But they have been incredibly strong in the face of unthinkable adversity."
"Now that Francisco Arce Montes' is finally, and irreversibly, in prison, where he belongs, I hope that Caroline's family will be given the space and time they need to grieve in peace."
