Liberal Democrat PPC examines water rates charges
North Cornwall Lib Dem Prospective parliamentary Candidate, Dan Rogerson, is ready to take up the fight of people across North Cornwall who suspect they may have been overcharged on their water rates. Dan's interest in this areas was first aroused when discussing the issue with Launceston resident, Peter Hockiridge, who has been overcharged.
Dan explains, "There are two types of water rates local people could be charged" one for using mains drains, and one for using their own private soakaways. The latter being substantially cheaper.
